XU4: On a fresh install of stable 22.0.x, after moving root to f2fs eMMC, it fails to boot.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  • Do a fresh install of 22.0.x stable on the odroid x4

  • Using nand-sata-install, move root to eMMC and pick f2fs as the fstype.

  • Reboot.

  • System fails to boot
