Armbian install broken when installing to USB

Description

When system is booting from SD card and system also have eMMC and we want to choose USB root, this fails as it selects eMMC UUID. Also resulted /etc/fstab on USB disk is missing UUID
12123121212 /media/mmcboot -> UUID=122121212 /media/mmcboot
