RockPiS and RockS0 Ethernet MAC addresses are derived from system image -- not hardware

Description

Ethernet MAC addresses must be unique for each interface

However, Radxa appears to have cheaped out and omitted any hardware to store a MAC address on each device. Users have trouble when putting two or more devices running copies of the same image on the same LAN. See:

U-Boot v2024.10 fixed this by correctly deriving the ethernet MAC from the CPU serial #.
