Thank you for the opportunity to assist you.
In order to investigate this issue further and work towards a resolution, we will need to obtain access to your community. Our records indicate that we do not currently have this necessary information on file. To proceed:
Please visit your client area ( click Manage Purchases, select your license and then click Review/Update Access Information under "Get Support." Please be sure to fill out all relevant fields, including Admin CP username/password and FTP/SFTP hostname, username and password.
Please note that while this data is encrypted and securely stored, you may remove it at the conclusion of your support request; please ensure that you provide it again with your next support request to limit any potential delay in assisting you. Also note that you are able to submit support requests via your AdminCP by clicking the Support link. This can provide us with an AdminCP username and password that you can then remove, with a single click, at the conclusion of your support request (we will still need FTP/SFTP information, however.)
For your protection, please do not send access credentials or other secure information via e-mail; it is best to use the client area to submit them in the secured section.
If you have to "whitelist" an IP address to provide access to your server, please add to your firewall whitelist.
Once you have provided the requested information, please update this request to let me know and we will be happy to further assist.
Thank you for your cooperation and we look forward to resolving your concerns.
      Kind Regards,
      Marc Stridgen

I suggest to setup a small vsftpd or proftpd and limit access to port 21 to the mentioned ip address.
