We have a new engine that supports new features and new ways. We would like to move BSP and blobs from https://github.com/armbian/build/tree/master/packages into newly created structure which represent lots of work and should be done in the most optimal way.

Things related to desktop should probably be moved to desktop env and anything for cli be moved to cli. This would allow for easier maintaining and for new devs and users to follow.
