Nanopi K2 S905 network is broken

First reboot success.

I am testing disabling this and working on cleaning up the Meson64 patch directory (again)

This was some hack/fix from before times I think, it’s removing the reset line.

Looks like related to upstream driver change, but those tricks doesn’t help.

It goes up at first boot, then it fails at first reboot. It goes up but then next moment it fails and stays down.
