Jira landing page for build framework development

Description

We need to create a link summing only build script issues / epics / stories. Perhaps making a link from CONTRIBUTION.md or to EPIC with collection of tasks, but perhaps this can be done better?

Long story short. We have been trying to differentiate support from build framework and hardware layer. This job is difficult as we keep things under one roof. When you try to open an issues at armbian (build framework) https://github.com/armbian/build/issues/new/choose

we tell users to file bugs for build system at Issues, while directing everything else to the forum. Now Jira. Initial idea was to have Jira to track what we actually do since it is impossible to do what community to. People that are about to solve things or develop ideas for what people want are outnumbered by magnitude.

Now. I would like to:

  • keep issues at Github for random users to report. If we have a simple way to allow them to open a Jira ticket directly, we could remove ticketing system at Github (would be best IMO).

  • We need a simple way for users to look into our Jira and see which build system issues or R&D plans are in motion. That’s the goal.

  • and we want them to show how they can participate. A part for board maintainers was done well, we need to improve documentation on how they can participate in hw agnostic part, tackle scripts, help with reviews and everything else that is needed, perhaps even CI and testing.

tl;dr; They come from anywhere with a problem or idea how things should be put together - how to fix, how to change, perhaps join in the one that is already in fixing or just cheer people fixing some common problem. That is the goal of this.

Need some clarification on what followup/outcome you would like from this ticket.
