RockPi-S WiFi broken again on kernel's >6.7

Appears to be caused by pre-mature replacement of RTL8723DS driver with the RTW88 equivalent. WiFi RF gains are so far off with the RTW88 as to be unusable.

Connection is possible only if the AP and the RockPi-S are within inches of each other.

The problem is likely due to Radaxa not programming the RF gains into the EFUSE of each chip during board manufacture. Can’t do much about that, so we’re stuck with the excellent vendor driver until someone fixes RTW88.
