[Bug]: rk3566-orangepi-3b-sata.dtb does not exists on Orange Pi 3B image

I was using rk3566-orangepi-3b-sata.dtb to boot my Opi 3B to recognize SATA SSD on kernel 6.6, but there's no dtb on kernel 6.13

      1. How to reproduce?

Edit /boot/armbianEnv.txt to boot SATA drives but there's no dtb for Opi 3B (kernel 6.13). Also, I tried the overlay rk3566-sata2 and it does not work. No error on boot, but can't recognizes SATA drive.
