Remove Allwinner legacy

Description

Remove old Allwinner style config files since we will not use them anymore.

  • fex files

  • sun7i, sun8i, … patches for 3.4.y

  • remove default branch from sources and board configurations

  • remove pine64 3.10.y kernel
