Also here we should probably move to 5.10.y asap.

Yeah makes sense…. I'm confused tho. is it already fixed in our kernel 5.9 via patches, or just upstream in 5.9.y already? cuz I thought my odroid images had been fine for quite a while… didn't see anything obvious in our patches
