Desktop fails to load at second run

Description

Some of our images requires login for desktop, some goes into desktop automatically. In case manual login is set / choose, desktop doesn't show up due to the lightdm-gtk-greeter upstream bug https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/lightdm-gtk-greeter/+bug/1897491
