Changing package namings

Description

Important changes to the package structure:

  • bsp packages adjustements

bsp-cli-$BOARD.deb will replace linux-${RELEASE}root${DEB_BRANCH}${BOARD}
new bsp-desktop-$BOARD.deb will contain board desktop related files

  • renaming DEV branch to EDGE

If I understood the proposed change correctly. Such a change in the name of the kernel package will break the automatic update. You will have to create a meta-package and put a dependency on the last package with the kernel in it. Or set the package name correctly and move the number outside the name to track the syntactic increase in the number in apt.
